With beautiful modern décor and a fresh inventive menu, get ready for a brand new dining experience at Water Bar & Grill! We are located at 4610 PGA Boulevard, just west of I-95 in Palm Beach Gardens. What makes Water Bar & Grill so different? Our new menu is a celebration of everything flavorful and unique. With fresh seafood, mouthwatering cuts of beef and pasta dishes that blend old favorites with a new twist, you’re sure to enjoy every bite…and come back for more!
Our seafood menu is bursting with delicious choices like Maryland crab cakes, prosciutto wrapped mahi-mahi, cedar plank salmon and South African lobster tail. Fresh whole fish are delivered daily and expertly filleted by our chefs. You can select your favorite from choices such as swordfish, rainbow trout, yellowtail snapper, lemon sole and Artic Char plus many more. Follow our chef’s recommendation or be creative with your choice of toppings, crusts and glazes including chorizo-panko, amandine and miso glaze to name a few. Not in the mood for seafood? Don’t worry. You’ll have plenty to choose from…filet mignon, New York strip, filet bleu or our oven-roasted organic chicken are just a few of the many choices available.
